This is all about people skills and taking responsibility for all your actions.
When you place relationships higher in the priority structure of your mind, you will begin to develop trusting relationships with others – at work, at home and with your peer groups. From this perceptive, you can become accountable for the quality of the relationships you develop with others.
One of the big lessons I learned as a sales person is, the more I help others get what they want, the more I get of what I want. The formula is simple, it is all a matter of execution.
