Just thinking about the Phoenix Seminar and Brian Tracy telling us about the Three White Poisons.

You remember? The three white poisons of…

  1. Salt
  2. Flour
  3. Sugar

I can only hope (I know – hope is not a strategy!) every one who took the seminar paid close attention to this information or actually a warning.

There are two major reasons to eliminate or significantly reduce the three white poisons from your diet.

  1. Hyper-Tension and High Blood Pressure
    Salt is a catalyst for fluid retention in your body. It messes with you heart, legs and blood pressure. Reduce your intake of salt – especially since it is added to every processed food on the planet.
  2. Diabetes
    This disease is known as the silent killer. At my high school reunion, one of the best people I know had lost both his feet from this terrible disease. It is a devastating disease which causes blindness, nerve damage, heart damage, ED in men, and internal organ failures. With more than 80 million people in the US targeted by this crippling disease, I would suggest to you it is time to take action to protect yourself beginning now.

You decide what you will eat and place into your body. Therefore, always remember it is your choices controlling your long-term quality of life. Treat yourself with respect and honor your health at all times.
